"We were thrilled to find a company that actually took the time to consider the unique needs of our dog, Cooper. Those needs being: lots of petting and praise, lots of play time with people or dogs, the odd treat, and not getting in trouble for having a snooze on the couch or bed :)  While we would normally have her stay with friends, you don't always want to be imposing your dog on others, so to learn about "Hounds On Holiday" was a huge relief for us. They came to the house and met myself and Cooper to complete a very thorough history and detailed assessment of Cooper's daily routine, personality traits and quirks etc.

They obviously really care about the dogs they are responsible for, and were quick to reply when I sent them an email from abroad asking how Cooper was doing.  When we returned from our trip, Cooper was happy, healthy, and contentedly exhausted after five days "on holiday". We had a lot of fun reading her journal and hearing about everything she had gotten up to while we were away. All in all, "Hounds on Holiday" provided Cooper with superb care, and provided us with peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands.  We would highly recommend Hounds On Holiday to anyone looking for a kinder alternative to kenneling their dog."
